General Information
Description of ServiceProvides emergency rent assistance to keep households from being evicted. Eligible clients may receive up to $350, the amount awarded cannot exceed one month's rent, and can only be provided in the month of application.

Assistance provided at Plymouth Congregational Church, 916 W Prospect Rd, on Friday, 9-11:30am.

Intake ProcedureWalk in for assistance, complete applications must be submitted for consideration; there is an income requirement that the Housing Counselor will review with the client.
Intake RequirementsIndividuals and families must reside in Larimer County and provide the following documentation:
- Proof that rent owed is for the current month (eviction notice or 3-day notice)
- Proof of income
- Proof that assistance will bring rent current
- Proof of unforeseen circumstance
- Proof of residence (current/active lease agreement)
- Photo I.D
