Description of Service
The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation provides a variety of services to eligible individuals with disabilities to help them obtain their employment goals.
The eligible individual and the vocational rehabilitation counselor work together to determine which services are necessary and appropriate for the identified employment goal.
The services provided to any eligible individual are determined by his/her unique employment barriers, his/her chosen employment goal, and individual circumstances.
Boulder, Lafayette, Louisville, Parts of Westminster
Call for Orientation dates and times. Orientations are held twice a month. At orientation you will be assigned a counselor and given an intake appointment.
Client must present:
- Photo ID
- Verification of Social Security Number
Any person who has an impairment which results in an impediment to employment and who needs rehabilitation services to become employed. It is an eligibility based program for individuals we believe can be employed.
Fees or Charges
Types of Fees
Some services require financial participation according to ability to pay.
Economic need assessment will be given, cost will be adjusted by income. No cost for SSI/SSDI recipients.
