Description of ServiceResponsible for conducting the public hearings for licensing kennels and catteries within the city of Pueblo. Monitors and controls for potential disease outbreaks from animal/insect sources, including mosquito control. Provides follow-up on animal bites and exposures to potentially rabid animals, including facilitating post exposure rabid prophylaxis treatment when necessary.
