General Information
Description of ServiceBroomfield Health and Human Services Department, in partnership with the Broomfield Housing Authority, offers a Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program (TBRA). TBRA is a two-year program to provide rental assistance and supportive case management services for low-income families who qualify based on income and employment.

This program is not for households who are in need of rental assistance to sustain a current lease or rental agreements.
