Description of ServiceSerenity is a 28-day intensive residential treatment center for adult men and women suffering from substance use disorder. Vivitrol available for participants of program.

Client Information
EligibilityIndividuals 18 years and older who abuse alcohol and/or drugs. Must have no history of arson and must not be a sex offender. Individuals with a violent criminal history will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Individuals who are currently using mental health medication are eligible for the short-term program.
