Description of Service
Food Bank of the Rockies offers many Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) sites. CSFP improves the health of people at least 60 years of age by supplementing their diets with a monthly food box containing nutritious USDA commodity foods.
Homebound clients may receive assistance via direct delivery or by-proxy (having someone pick up a food box on the client’s behalf).
Adams, Arapahoe, Clear Creek, Delta, Denver, Douglas, Eagle, Elbert, Garfield, Gilpin, Grand, Jackson, Jefferson, Kit Carson, Lake, Lincoln, Logan, Mesa, Moffat, Montrose, Morgan, Park, Phillips, Pitkin, Rio Blanco, Routt, Sedgwick, Summit, Washington, Yuma counties
