Description of Service
Offers full time, year-round residence for adults with a diagnosis of a developmental disability, including mild retardation, autism spectrum, cerebral palsy, Down’s Syndrome, seizure disorder, traumatic brain injury, or Prader-Willi Syndrome. Includes independent living house, assisted living services, as well as living accommodations dedicated solely to those with Prader-Willi Syndrome. Provides a daily routine of household and outdoor chores, meal preparation assistance, personal hygiene, job skills, private time, laundry, and employment for qualified individuals.
Also provides an agriculturally based day program with small livestock, vegetable and herb gardening and social/recreational outings. Volunteer opportunities available for individuals interested in assisting guests with games, arts and crafts and leisure activity skills.
Urgent Services Provided
-Outdoor chores (feeding livestock, cleaning pens and pastures, tending fowl)
-Meal preparation assistance
-Daily prayer circle/bible study
-Life Skills--instruction on healthy relationships and responsibility
-Arts & Crafts
-Exercise for both mental & physical health
-Private time as well as on-Ranch social activities (‘family’ dinners or games)
-Weekly church attendance

Adults at least 18 years of age with intellectual disabilities, who are able to pay monthly tuition.
