General Information
Description of ServiceProvides food and limited financial assistance for rent, utilities (e.g., gas, electric, water, heat), and medical needs for residents of Parker, Elizabeth and Franktown (Priority given); Statewide (if available, funding is limited). Financial assistance amount varies based on circumstances. Clients may visit the food bank 10 times per lifetime, with some exceptions for special circumstances. Senior clients are not limited to 10 visits and may visit the food bank twice a month.

Intake ProcedureWalk in before 12 p.m. Clients meet with an interviewer and select food using a point system based on family size.
Intake RequirementsFor food assistance, individuals and families must reside in cities of Parker, Elizabeth and Franktown and must provide the following documentation:
- Proof of residency (piece of mail dated from the current month) at each visit
- Picture ID for adults

For rent assistance, individuals and families must reside in Parker, Elizabeth and Franktown and must provide the following documentation:
- Photo ID
- Current/active lease with client's name
- Proof of residency (piece of mail dated from the current month)
- 3-day demand (if applicable)
- Eviction notice (if applicable)

For utility assistance, priority is given to individuals and families who reside in Parker, Elizabeth and Franktown. Assistance is available for residents Statewide who must show proof of legitimate bill but funding may be limited. The following documentation is required:

- Photo ID
- Proof of residency (piece of mail dated from the current month)
- Current utility bill
