Disability Law Colorado provides free or low-cost legal services to people with disabilities whose civil rights have been violated.
Situations Disability Law Colorado may be able to assist with include but is not limited to:
- Housing Discrimination
- Service Animals
- Employment Discrimination
- Abuse or Neglect
- Special Education
- Access to public accommodations
- Issues involving nursing homes and personal care boarding homes
Cases are selected based on available resources and criteria for representation. Disability Law Colorado may also provide referrals to other legal resources if the individual's issues do not fall within the priorities of the agency or meet the agency's criteria for representation.
