Description of Service
Provides assistance with water and Xcel energy bills, as funds are available.

New clients must bring the following documentation:
- Photo ID for every member in the household, including infants
- Mail within the last 30 days with the name of head of household and address on it
- Copy of most recent bill
- Disconnect notice
- Must have applied for LEAP and have letter from LEAP as proof stating acceptance or denial.(will assist client if they have not applied yet)
- Must not have received assistance from any other agency except LEAP in the past year
