Description of ServiceProvides in-home and telephonic counseling to both older adults and persons with disabilities to provide support, empathy and guidance while utilizing a non-judgmental and client-centered approach to therapy. Working collaboratively with clients, caregivers and family members, the resulting treatment plan is specifically formulated for each individual. Specialties include the following issues:

- Grief and Bereavement
- Depression and Anxiety
- Caregiving
- Chronic Illness
- Moving to a Facility
- Significant Life Changes
- Decreased Physical Strength/Ambulation
