- 5 Minute Mindful Meditation
- Art and Writing Activities
- Practical Explorations of Daily Living
- Metaphysical, Existential, and Spiritual Topics
- Strengths and Values Exploration

Intake ProcedureCall for a phone intake and screening.
Helpful TipsTherapists are third-year graduate student interns supervised by an experienced, licensed professional with a background in social work and addiction counseling. Interns receive weekly individual and group supervision and training.
