General Information
Description of ServiceOffers traditional weekly outpatient counseling services and intensive outpatient services to teens and young adults ages 13-25. Intensive outpatient services consist of 6+ hours per week focused on reducing out-of-home placement or helping in the transition back to the home from inpatient settings. Services include:
- Group counseling
- Individual therapy
- Family therapy
- Parent workshops
- Life skills seminars
- Community integration or case management services
- Early intervention and prevention substance abuse workshops
- Mental health and substance use evaluations

Intake RequirementsIndividuals should bring:
- Photo ID
- Insurance or Medicaid card, if planning to utilize insurance as primary form of payment
Helpful TipsRebound Colorado does not work with individuals who need immediate crisis stabilization or who are actively psychotic and not currently taking medication. Instead, those individuals will be referred to a medical setting to get stabilized before engaging in services with Rebound Colorado.
