Description of ServiceProgram works with youth, families and communities in La Plata County through assessment, advocacy and programming that supports positive youth development.

Service and referral are through the schools, law enforcement and the courts and self referral.

Services provided:
- Youth Assessment
- Parent support, consultations and coaching
- Individual and family counseling and mediation
- Substance abuse education group
- Integrated school and community engagement
- Summer Program
- Useful public service
- Mentoring, tutoring and activity supervision
