General Information
Description of ServiceProvides a series of four, 2-hour long interactive diabetes group classes for individuals with a diagnosis of diabetes called, "Gain Control of Your Diabetes!" These classes, led by a registered dietitian from the Tri-County Health Department, are designed to help individuals:
- Develop the tools they need to better manage their diabetes
- Control blood sugar
- Have more energy
- Spend less on health care
- Reduce diabetes symptoms
- Feel better
- Participate in lively discussions

Individuals are welcome to attend one or all four classes and can bring a friend or family member for support. Class locations vary and will not be held at the S Broadway location.
