Description of ServiceBaby & Me - Tobacco Free offers 4 prenatal counseling sessions for women to receive education and support for quitting smoking and staying tobacco free and test using a carbon monoxide (CO) monitor (breath test). Women receive their first $25 diaper vouchers at the 3rd and 4th prenatal sessions, if they test tobacco free.

After the birth of the baby, women return monthly to continue CO monitoring and if proven to be tobacco free, they will receive monthly diaper vouchers for up to 12-months postpartum.

Helpful TipsDiaper vouchers can be used for any brand or sized diaper or baby wipes at Walmart and/or local participating stores when applicable. A smoker who lives with the participating pregnant woman can also enroll in the program; if resident successfully quits smoking, they may also receive diaper vouchers during the postpartum period.
