Description of Service
Provides homeless prevention services on a case by case basis, such as rent assistance, security deposit and 1st mo rent help, etc.

Call to verify eligibility, become a client, or for more information. You can also walk for assessments with the case manager of the day on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. & 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at 17 S Weber St. 80903.

Eligibility criteria includes the following:
- US Military Veterans of all branches who have served at least one day of Active Duty for purposes other than training
- Not dishonorably discharged
- Income limits determined by family size and area of residence
- Verified homeless or at risk of becoming homeless
