The Youth Transitions program assists young people living with disabilities transition from living at home to living independently.

- Stress Management
- Sex Education
- Advocacy Skills
- Learning about how to speak up for myself and other people
- Learning my rights as a person living with a disability
- Learning about the voting process
- Learning about how the government works and the legislative process
