General Information
Description of ServiceProvides a free, voluntary program for women who are having their first baby. Registered nurses visit clients in home throughout the pregnancy and continue to visit until the baby is two years old. The nurses provide coaching, health information, and resources, and work with mothers to develop a parenting plan.
