General Information
Description of ServiceNurse-Family Partnership is a free, voluntary program for women who are having their first baby. Registered nurses visit clients in their home throughout the pregnancy and continue to visit until the baby is two years old. The nurses provide coaching, health information, and resources, and work together with mothers to develop a parenting plan.
