Description of ServiceProvides assessments and referrals to Housing Focused Shelter for clients with higher needs and have been in Boulder county for at least 30 days. Clients with lower needs and have been in Boulder county for less than 30 days are referred to Bridge House Path to Home Navigation (PTHN).
