A Way Out Program helps those suffering from drug or alcohol addiction who are unable to secure an appropriate level of care to overcome their addictions.

- Substance use disorder/mental health assessments
- Transitional housing
- Referrals to treatment centers, sober living facilities and detox
- Financial assistance for in-patient treatment centers and sober living facilities

If interested in financial assistance for treatment facilities or sober living, applicants must provide: Proof of Income, Proof of residency, Previous year's tax return, Photo I.D.
A referral from a clinician, physician or agency is encouraged when applying for assistance but not required.
Individuals must be a resident in Eagle, Garfield, or Pitkin counties for 12 months or more
