Description of ServiceProvides grants up to $7,500 to assist Denver residents, both renters or homeowners, with qualifying disabilities make accessibility modifications including but not limited to:
- Ramps
- Lifts for chairs and stairs
- Grab bars
- ADA bathroom fixtures
- Roll-in showers

Intake ProcedureCall for more information, eligible households will be asked to submit required paperwork for verification and to determine eligibility.
Intake RequirementsHousehold will need to provide the following documentation:
- Proof of income
- Photo ID (current)
- Proof of current mortgage statement or lease
- Other documents as needed

EligibilityRenters and homeowners in the City and County of Denver. Applicants, or someone in the home, must have a qualifying disability and income must be at or below 50% of the HUD Area Median Income. If renting, must have a 12 month lease in place. Call for other eligibility requirements.
