Description of Service
Provides preventative and corrective eye care for children whose families qualify for services, on the first Wednesday of the month. Services include:
- Eye screening
- Eye examinations
- Eyeglass prescriptions, lenses and frames
- Eyeglass repair and adjustments
- Referrals to specialists or other eye care providers
Walk in for a family eligibility screening during hours of operation.
Call the clinic during service hours to confirm the next pediatric vision care date and time.
Children whose families who are homeless, or who have low/no income and are at-risk of becoming homeless and are not receiving primary care elsewhere. Current patients of Stout Street Health Center or participants in a Colorado Coalition for the Homeless program also accepted.
