Description of ServiceProvides preventative and corrective eye care for children whose families qualify for services, on the first Wednesday of the month. Services include:

- Eye screening
- Eye examinations
- Eyeglass prescriptions, lenses and frames
- Eyeglass repair and adjustments
- Referrals to specialists or other eye care providers

EligibilityChildren whose families who are homeless, or who have low/no income and are at-risk of becoming homeless and are not receiving primary care elsewhere. Current patients of Stout Street Health Center or participants in a Colorado Coalition for the Homeless program also accepted.
