Description of ServiceSilver Key provides senior crisis support through their Silver Key Senior Outreach Services (SOS) program. This program identifies older adults age 60+ who may need emotional or physical support and/or connections to community services due to substance abuse, loss of a loved one, memory loss or mental state concerns, social isolation, etc.

Intake ProcedureConcerned community members can call to refer seniors to this program, or seniors can self refer. A Silver Key SOS case manager will talk to the senior to determine the need and willingness for help.
