Description of Service
Colorado Works/Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) is a federal program that provides cash assistance to eligible low-income pregnant women and single and two-parent families with dependent children while working to secure or improve employment and achieve self-sufficiency.
Undocumented immigrants are not eligible to receive Colorado Works/TANF, but US born citizen children of undocumented immigrants may be eligible for Colorado Works/TANF if the family meets all other eligibility criteria.
If you are a minor parent, you must attend high school or a GED program and live with your parents or in another approved setting.

Eligibility requirements:In general, services are available to: women beginning in their 6th month of pregnancy, and families that have one or more children in the home who has been deprived of parental support or care because of the absence, disability, unemployment or death of either parent.
Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (administration hours)
