Intake ProcedureCall to schedule an appointment.
Intake RequirementsWill need to bring valid ID for the adults in the home, Social Security numbers for everyone in the home, proof of income, and a disconnect notice from the utility company.
Additional Requirements**Nov 1- April 30 you MUST apply for LEAP and show proof of approval for LEAP before you can receive COPE assistance.**
