Description of Service
The Homeownership Program sells homes to families who go through a rigorous screening process and participate in building their home.
The homes are sold to families at no profit to Habitat, and with a 0% APR loan. Families pay for closing costs, contribute 75 - 200 hours of sweat-equity to help build their own home, and commit to making a monthly mortgage payment.

For low-income families i n need of housing who meet income requirements and are able to commit to program requirements including time spent in sweat equity in building the home.
Family household income needs to fall between 30% - 60% of the county's median income based on family size.
