Description of Service
Ready to Work is an employment program that provides paid jobs, vocational training, support services, and stable housing to individuals re-entering the workforce. Individuals will live at the Ready to Work house for approximately one year and will be working, participating in case management, financial management, and vocational development as a condition of residency.
All residents will work a minimum of 20 or 30 hours per week, attend classes, pay room and board, and participate in maintaining the building. The property will be staffed 24 hours a day, seven days per week by trained management and program personnel.
