Builds homes in partnership with qualified families who contribute hundreds of hours of seat equity labor and pay an affordable mortgage.

- Have the ability to pay an affordable mortgage
- Meet income guidelines
- Complete a day of volunteering on a construction site as part of the application process
- Contribute 225 hours per adult (450 hours max) of sweat equity labor in construction of their home or their neighbors' homes
