Description of Service
Provides services to children and adults with intellectual, developmental, and other disabilities. Services provided include:
- Residential programs for adults
- Adult day programs
- Employment programs and job training
- Education programs for individuals ages birth - 21 years old
Denver, Adams, Broomfield, Boulder, Jefferson, Arapahoe, Douglas, Weld, Larimer, and El Paso counties
Adults are referred by their Community Centered Board in the county where they live, and children are referred by their home school district. Intakes are provided through the referring organizations.
Eligibility is determined by the individual's home county Community Centered Board or the home school district.
