General Information
Description of ServiceProvides in-home and outpatient therapy for individuals and families who need respite care, are discharging from residential treatment, have been hospitalized for mental health issues, are at-risk of being removed from the home, or in need of preventive mental health services. The goal of the program is to keep children in their homes, or transition them into a lower level of care. Evidence-based modalities that are used include:
- Functional Family Therapy (FFT)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
- Play Therapy
- Solution-Focused Therapy
- Motivational Interviewing
