Description of Service
Provides prescription assistance once in a 12-month period, as funding is available.
Arapahoe County (except Aurora), northern Douglas County (except Parker)
RTD 27, 29, 36 and 36L
Call to make an appointment. At the appointment, sign in and present the required documents to the Admissions Coordinator. Client must meet with a case manager. The prescription must be filled only after assistance has been approved at a designated King Soopers’ pharmacy. IFCS cannot pay for prescriptions filled at any other location.
Photo ID for every adult 18 and older in a household for first intake; Head of household's ID for each subsequent visit.
Clients must live in the service area and their household income must fall within 185% of the Federal Poverty Level.
