General Information
Description of ServiceProvides one family/facility pass and up to three class passes per family member each season (every three months) for South Suburban Recreation Centers. Clients must use class passes before more are issued.

25-punch passes are also available for Englewood Recreation Center for adults and children. Voucher availability will vary.

Intake ProcedureCall to make an appointment. At the appointment, sign in and present the required documents to the Admissions Coordinator. Client must meet with a case manager.
Intake RequirementsPhoto ID for every adult 18 and older in a household for first intake; Head of household's ID for each subsequent visit.

EligibilityClients must live in the service area and their household income must fall within 185% of the Federal Poverty Level.
