Description of ServiceProvides eligible clients with a $10 gas certificate, once within a 12-month period, when funds are available.

Intake ProcedureCall to verify the documentation needed. Walk in for assistance, sign in and present the required documents to the Admissions Coordinator. Client must then meet with a case manager.
Intake RequirementsClients will need to provide the following documentation:
- Photo ID
- Valid Driver's License
- Current Car Registration
- Current Proof of Insurance

EligibilityClients must live in the service area and their household income must fall within 185% of the Federal Poverty Level.
