Description of Service
Offers new and refurbished items for the low-income individuals and nonprofit organizations at discounted prices including the following:
- Office furniture (desks, filing cabinets, etc.)
- Household furniture
- Accessories and goods
Nonprofit organizations may also purchase the following:
- Kitchen appliances
- Baby care items
Limited, call for specific information
Clients in need of household goods and furniture should ask their case manager or social worker for a referral letter to be emailed prior to the client's visit to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The referral should be from a case worker or social worker and should include:
- Client's name
- Client's current income and any social services they are currently receiving
- The furniture/household goods items the client is looking for (to ensure availability of requested items)
- A sentence stating that the client understands that a furniture voucher costs $75.00, and whether or not that cost will be covered by the agency providing the referral letter
For clients who do not have a case manager to write their referral letter, please consider asking a health or mental health care provider, or a social services case worker for assistance receiving a referral.
Delivery fees vary by zip code and individuals can call for an estimate of delivery fee.
Low-income individuals and nonprofit organizations may purchase items.

One voucher can be redeemed for four furniture items and a box of linens, bedding, and other household items. Limit of one mattress per voucher.
