Description of Service
Provides financial assistance to eligible low income families who need child care benefits for children from birth to age 12. For eligible participants, a portion of the total child care cost will be paid by CCAP and parents/guardians will be required to pay a portion of the child care costs directly to providers based on their family size and income.

- Social Security Number
- Proof of Income
- Proof of Address

Residents of Boulder County who meet income guidelines; if applicable, parents must continue to cooperate with Child Support Services.
