Project Angel Heart’s mission is to improve health and well-being for people with life-threatening illnesses by preparing and delivering medically tailored meals. Each week, their professional chefs and registered dietitian prepare fresh, healthy meals, and tailor them to meet the medical and dietary needs of neighbors living with cancer, kidney disease, HIV/AIDS, and other serious illnesses. Volunteers deliver the meals, free of charge, to clients’ homes in metro Denver and Colorado Springs.
