General Information
Description of ServiceAssists residents who served in the US Military. The Veteran’s Services Officer (CVSO) may assist with claims for services-connected compensation, pension, burial benefits, medical treatment, GI Bill, and Veterans residences or nursing homes. These claims are filed with the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA); also referred to as the VA.

The CVSO may also assist a surviving spouse or other individual with any entitled benefit based on the veteran’s service.
