Description of Service
Provides individuals in under-served areas the ability to get their cats spayed or neutered at reduced fees when a mobile spay/neuter clinic visits their neighborhood. The Meow Mobile offers spay/neuter services for cats, while the Lulu Mobile offers spay/neuter services for both cats and dogs. Visit the website for the mobile units' schedules. Solutions-Cat Spay/Neuter Clinic offers free spay/neuter surgeries for all cats regardless of income.

Dog owners must bring one of the following documents:
- Quest or EBT card
- Paycheck stub (showing income of no more than $769 per paycheck)
- Income-tax return form (showing income of no more than $40,000 per year)
- Financial aid award notice
- Unemployment check stub (with current date)
- Medicaid card
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI) ID or letter
- Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations documentation (FDPIR)
- WIC documentation

Dog owners must meet specific income guidelines. Cannot provide spay/neuter services for any animal over 8 years old without recent blood work, or any animal that has a heart murmur.
Surgeries for all cats are free regardless of income.
