General Information
Description of ServiceProvides support to mothers pregnant with their 1st child. Each mother is partnered with a registered nurse early in her pregnancy and receives ongoing nurse home visits that continue through her child's 2nd birthday.

Services include:
- Home visits during pregnancy and after delivery
- Answers to questions about pregnancy, labor and delivery
- Support for family needs and links to community resources
- Educational gifts and books

Participation in the program is entirely voluntary.
