Description of Service
Assists travelers with disabilities, medical conditions, other circumstances, and their loved ones through TSA Cares. Travelers may call prior to traveling with questions about screening policies, procedures, and what to expect at the security checkpoint.

Call for assistance; it is recommended to call 72 hours ahead of travel for information about what to expect during screenings.
