General Information
Description of ServiceProvides support to individuals 18+ with developmental disabilities who are living alone or with family caregivers and are not receiving government funded services. Services include socialization, peer support, learning opportunities and fun. This program also provides respite for the family caregiver and homemaking/personal care services.
