General Information
Description of Service
Provides prenatal care to pregnant women of all ages, ethnicity and incomes. Individuals qualified for Medicaid presumptive eligibility will receive assistance applying for presumptive eligibility. They will also be assessed by a registered nurse and given information on pregnancy issues and referrals to the Prenatal Outreach Coordinator, community programs and/or social worker.
