Description of ServiceA.W.A.R.E.Awareness of actions, words, accountability, respect, empathy. The goal of the A.W.A.R.E. Program is to increase the ability of each individual to lead a self-determined life, by increasing awareness and addressing basic psychological needs.

Services for you with:
- Behavioral issues
- Learning Disabilities
- Social/Emotional issues
- Victims of abuse
- Depressed, withdrawn or suicidal
- Benefit from increased social interactions with a peer group
- Drug/alcohol programs
- Eating disorders

This spring, the AWARE program is being provided to these schools:
- Needham Elementary
- Miller Middle School
- Escalante Middle School
- Mercy Housing
- Durango High School
- Mancos Middle School
- Mancos High School
- Dolores Middle School
