Provides a job training program, in conjunction with with soft skills training and counseling support services, for people in the community experiencing barriers to employment.

Applicants should bring the following documents to onboarding:
- Two forms of government issued ID (Driver's license, State ID or passport)
- Original birth certificate or original social security card
To be considered for the program, applicants must be experiencing one of the following barriers to employment:
- Addiction recovery
Applicants with an addiction history must be currently in recovery at the time of application in order to be considered for hire.
