Description of Program
Provides confidential, compassionate, and individually-tailored mental health care to post-9/11 veterans, National Guardsmen, Reservists and their families. Services are available in person and via telehealth regardless of discharge status, role while in uniform, combat experience, ability to pay or insurance. Minimal wait times for initial appointments are a priority.
Call to speak with Intake Coordinator to complete a phone screening.
Individuals are asked to arrive on-time for all appointments.
If no answer, leave a message and an Intake Coordinator will return the call within one business day to conduct a 20-30 minute phone screening. The screening will include questions pertaining to demographics and mental health history. After the screening, individuals will be scheduled for an intake appointment with a clinician within one week or later, if preferred.
Please bring the veteran's DD-214 and an insurance card, if applicable, to the initial appointment.
