General Information
Description of ProgramThe Resource Exchange provides respite care for the health and well-being of families of children dealing with disability. This program exists to fill respite gaps for children and young adults from age three months through 21 years with all manner of cognitive, physical, emotional and social delays and disabilities. Woodland Park takes optional donations. A fully filled out enrollment packet and updated information are the only additional requirements for families. You can go online to print off an application. Once the application is complete, you can scan and email that back to TRE at snolan@tre.org. Call (719) 687-4393 for more information.
