Description of Program
Provides comprehensive dental services through a network of volunteer and paid dental professionals. Services include:
- Restorative treatments
- Emergency care and specialty services
Call or visit the website to access a qualification application; return completed applications to KIND, and once eligibility is verified, clients can schedule an appointment.
Children with Medicaid and CHP+, or children up to the age of 18 whose families are considered low-income based on Federal Poverty Levels and KIND percentage guidelines.
