General Information
Description of ProgramAudits energy and water usage in low-income family homes, religious centers, and nonprofits. Any device that qualifies can be replaced for free with high-efficiency models, including compact florescent light bulbs (CFLs) and LED light bulbs, programmable thermostats, and high-efficiency toilets, showerheads, and faucets. Audit services are free to tenants and owners, courtesy of Denver Water and Xcel Energy.
