Description of ProgramNeighbor Network provides volunteer services to promote independence, including:

- Transportation (critical medical appointments, prescriptions, grocery shop, banking, local errands, social activities)
- Companionship
- Handyman services (installing grab bars and wheelchair ramps, changing light bulbs and fire alarm batteries, light maintenance)
- Grocery shopping
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Information and referrals
